*update* For those who are having similar problems to mine, I figured it out this weekend. My Remote Keyless Entry Module was bad. It's located behind the anti-theft controle module and braket, against the interior body panel. Replaced it, and everything is working great now. :)...

Did you ever get this figured out? I have the exact problem... one side of the connector to the actuator fires, but the other does not. Same thing on both passenger and driver sides. Alarm won't arm either.... Any update?

Does the module have to be programmed? I have a 03 cobra too, I'm wondering if I can just swap them.

I have a 98 mustang cobra. Recently, the Power Door LOCK has stopped working. From the key fob, from the driver and passenger side doors. UNLOCK works fine from all sources. I can still lock the door with the key or manual door lock post on the top of the door. Just not with anything...
