I would upgrade it so you maximize it's breathing potential. A bigger cam will better suit your 347. Add LTs and upgrade to a better intake. The more she breathes the better.

Don't just take the dyno sheets verbatim...he could always show you sheets from another vehicle. It's a tough call since you're a Mustang newbie (which there is nothing wrong with that at all) and the guy selling it is either taking out his a$$ or just trying to rip you off. I would inquire...

With a 10" rim the max I would go is 305's. 315's should go on an 11" minimum.

Glad to see you had fun. The more you go, the more you'll get better at all aspects of drag racing (i.e. burn outs, reaction time, shifting etc).

With an auto the most I would go with is 3.73s. I hope you have a good stall to maximize the 4.10s. Motive has good gears. I've had them before and had no problems.

Procharger!! Had one on my '02 and it just ruled. I drove Vortechs for a while and love the procharger so much more. I'm getting a Procharger for my '05 soon!
