that's dumb. 18 was the first year of the 3rd gen. if he's got a bad ring or they didn't seat he's gonna be a lot more pissed when he has to pay out of pocket to fix it. this is why i ripped on it pretty hard early on and heat cycled it a lot to try and give the rings the best chance of seating...

dude, every nail or screw goes into an old paint can or some other sealed container for this exact reason. I'm so flippin paranoid about it. you should learn how to plug your tires, though.

just cut the fuel lines and patch them. its what I did. sure you could replace the whole thing... but why? its a straw for fuel. I put a little flare on the tip of each line and keep the hose in place. haven't had any issues after many hours of use.

its the largest braille they make so if you get in a pinch however you decide to mount it should be able to take something else. I built the frame for it to be very specific. hopefully it lasts a long time :D

battery is awesome as long as you don't use a bunch of electronics without the car running.
