I removed cam caps put new cams in thats. It runs fine with no problems.

I think he is more talking about the e-bay chips right? The ones you can buy for like 99 cents. If so they are so cheap because they will not work and will probably blow up your car. or at least short something out.

I would go with iac. but I would also check everything else to lol.

I did it without the tool most people say the tool is a pos anyways. Just take your time it isn't a quick and simple job but it is far from impossible if you half way know your way around a wrench.

Is the car a 5 speed or auto? If its a 5spd I would say they are stock gears.
