I was hoping to have installed metallic silver stripes on my 2006 redfire but the shop states they need to laminate the stripes at an additional $200.00 so they don't turn green from the elements. Is this really necessay? Can't waxing protect them?:shrug:

Still leaks! Since my 6-9-09 comments the leaks still continue and Ford has disowned the issue. Poorly designed cab on our beloved Mustang. All TSB items were fixed (so they dealership claims) to no avail. Thinking about upgrading to the 2011 5.0 but sitting back waiting to hear about...

3M red taped my new scoop four weeks ago. No problem that I can see and been over 100 mph a few times! (Don't tell my wife that part!).:banana:

Big Cat has steered you correctly. The TSB lists three potential areas of leakage. It took the dealer three times to fix the problem which was the last one discussed on page three of the document. Good luck.

Got some Xenon ground effects that needs Redfire paint. Having trouble finding a good and reasonable paint shop in RI. Any suggestions?:)

Ordered my CDC sequentials through American Muscle and the box arrived Friday with the packaging of WebElectric Products (go figure?) Any way's, I installed them on Saturday and :nice:they work and look great!

These scoops are made from heavy urethane and both just tape on. Has anyone done these and do they stay on well? Picutres?:)

I'm looking to buy a RedFire "roush type" hood scoop for my 06 GT and looking through eBay & other sites there is a significant difference in pricing some from $150 to $300. Any preferred vendors?:flag:

Through a friend I have an opportunity of obtaining 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 9.5J Width rims (5 bolt pattern 5x4.50 & 5x114.3) offset 30 with 275x35x19 tires. Frankly, the tire/wheel fitment issue is a bit confusing and I've tried to educate myself as to whether these would fit my 06GT via this forum...
