What do you have the timing set at? If the timing is too advanced it will do that. I have my locked out at 38*. I need a start retard box for it to start. Like said above too your starter may be getting hot also. Those are the only two things that would cause that.

That definetly sounds like a dipstick hole from an older car. the dipstick didnt go all the way in the hole. The hole is probaly 1/8" NPT thread try using an 1/8" NPT plug

I dont think that 202 valves will clear stock bottom end. I would definetly check the valve clearence

You have to lower the tank enough to were you can get your hand up in there to pop the clips and get the lines off. Like said above i woul definetly change the filter (some companys void the warrenty if you dont) and you might as well change the sender while you got it out.

If you have a yellow gear inside the tranny you need the white gear not sure on how many teeth it is if you have a different color gear in the tranny its either the red or black one

26's will fit fine 28's you have to roll the fenders if they are 10 inch for the front too i dont think those will work. but the rear ones are fine

you have to run a rather low profile valve cover if not youd have to put a intake spacer on it.

It sounds like from what your describing you either have an exhaust leak or a upper valvetrain noise. You either have to find out where the exhaust is leaking or if its a valvetrain noise you may have a bigger problem.

A 4cyl tranny has a cast case and an 8 cyl tranny has an aluminum case i belive the 4 cyl ones have lower gears in them ive had a 4cyl tranny in my car for a year and i launch and 3500-4000 with slicks and i havent had a problem

If you dont want to spend too much money you can take axles and drums off a ranger and they will bolt right in. If you want 31 spline axles you can take the whole insides out of an explorer rear end. They come with 3:55 ring and pinion in a explorer also
