    Bamachips

Good tunes and service after the sale. Doug worked with me to tweak one of my tunes.

    Considering Cams

Purchased from RPMOutlet and had a local mechanic/speed shop do the work. Didn't do the springs. It is required for the stage 2-4 cams.

Hybrid Body Kit pics, With one little snag

A simple V8 badge might be nice. You're always going to catch hell putting cobras on a non-SVT car. Are the holes for the nozzles a different shape than stock? Did Saleen offer any explanation? Or maybe they were supposed to be provided and were just missing in the shipment?

Hybrid Body Kit pics, With one little snag

+1 on the snakes... And shouldn't they be facing forward anyway?

    Considering Cams

Those #s were right after I had the cams & LTs done. Adding the LTs really threw off my A/F so I was still running a bit lean. I think my numbers might be a little higher now but I haven't dyno'd it again yet.

    Considering Cams

I had a local guy do it since I don't mess with the internals. He said it was quite a challenge. Didn't get into specifics.

    C&L + Breenspeed Tune = Sex

I've been running either Brenspeed or Bamachips tunes for the last 6 months. Both Brent and Doug can tune a mean ride.

    Considering Cams

I did the stage 1 cams a few weeks back. Not too agressive but sound nice.

anyone want SLP LM for MAC axlebacks?

I feel the same pain since I went LTs and catted-x. I loved the LMs but I'm going to try a set of Flowmaster ATs.

Going with SLP LT's and catted x pipe

I don't think the lowering springs will make it any worse than it already is. You just have to be aware of your surroundings especially in parking lots, garages and driveways.

Going with SLP LT's and catted x pipe

I've been running them for about a month now. Very high quality and fit/finish is great. Ground clearance is definitely an issue (they are really long and the collectors hand below the chassis). Install was painful.

Is this sadistic or a stoke of genius

There's just something wrong with that. Is there a flux capacitor in there too?

    New GT owner

Welcome... Need to be careful adding a CAI without a tuning the ECM. The added air can really lean out the AF mixture. Not a huge problem, but the car could throw a code and long term you could risk engine damage. Best to do the CAI and tune at the same time. There are lots of tuners out there...

anyone bought a used 05 GT yet?

I picked up my 05 GT premium used. Only 923 miles on ODO. Guy found out his wife was pregnant two weeks after he bought it and traded it in for a station wagon! All the bells and whistles except shaker 1000. Plus he'd already added the polished aluminum bullitts & many billet aluminum interior...

install help on axleback slp kit

Took me about and hour to get the SLPs installed and lined up correctly. And that was without a lift or ramps. Knuckles paid the price for that move. Fit nice. EXTREMELY loud...

    Please Post Your Gas Mileage

I'm getting around 23.5 commuting between southern Maryland and DC. Probably would be better if I didn't step on it from time to time. I pretty satisfied with the mileage.
