New brake lines, for disc/disc setup question

Alright, i have taken a look at my brake system: In the first picture you see the master cylinder and the adjuster valve for the rear brakes. The brake lines go direct from the bowl to a junction block - see second pic. On the junction block are markings which line connects on the right spot...

New brake lines, for disc/disc setup question

I highly recommend putting in a proportion valve. I have 4 wheel disc on my car with a proportion valve for the rear brakes. The car was equipped with this system as i bought it. Under heavy breaking into a corner the rear tires started to block, rear gets loose and "woobly", no nice feelings...

    Rack and Pinion conversion

Just to go for sure. With "get the TCP dialed in" you mean aligning the suspension to correct camber, caster etc. ? Or is there a wider meaning to this phrase?

Pics of 65-66 Coupes with New 14" Wheels

Yes, those wheels clear the granada brakes without a problem . Even with some balancing wheights on the inner side of the rims there is enough clearance. But when i`m honest i would like to change my wheel size to 15" . There would be more tire options in our tire shops and the handling would...

Fabricating a stainless efi tank for my 1965 mustang

Wow, you do a great job fabricating your own system! How come you have access to such machinery and equipment? Are you working in a shop or is this your private "building center"? Thanks for taking time to make and share pics from the progress, its really interesting to see and follow!

    66 Coupe restoration pics!

Just read the whole tread and i want to say a big thanks for the write up and showing the process of a complete rebuild with basicly nothing to begin on. What a fantastic build, i`m wondering how much $$$ such a build would be. Here in europe this is not payable.

    Hello and :welcome:

I once sanded 4 layers off of a white door till it was white!

Remembers me as i was going to repaint my car and i wanted it sanded complete to the metal to be sure there is no sloppy repair anywhere on the sheet metal. 4 layers of paint, primer, kit, it was the horror! I strongly recommend, if your goal is to get the paint completely down on the whole...

I can tell you only the H-pipe situation on my car and it`s also, as stated above, the same size as the rest of the exhaust system.

What Makes An Engine Sputter Right At.....

Had the same problem on my car. Idle and acceleration fine. But when i was steady driving a light hesitation and mumbling was coming from the engine. Checked all things on the car i could think of and finally i cleaned the metering plate with air pressure and the main circuit was a little bit...
