I was looking around my 94 Cobra and found a black box under the passenger seat. the only thing written on it is Ford Motorsports. It has adjustment dials for A/F ratio and the rev limiter. Are these still made? Ive never seen one of these before.

Answered my own question. There are two different bearings listed for the Ranger at Autozone. One only replaces the bearing, and the other replaces the bushing/bearing combo with a sealed roller bearing. The sealed roller bearing is the part needed for the swap (at 2x the price).

I'm looking at buying a 94 cobra that needs a driver side fender, headlight, and bumper cover. I've found all these parts, but they are for GT/LX cars. What else is needed to swap the headlights and bumper cover? I've read they are GT/LX and Cobra specific.

Check the passenger side of the lower intake for coolant. Sounds like the heater pipe is leaking where it screws into the lower intake, or the hose coming from the WP to the pipe is leaking.

Sounds just like a fuel pump going out. Is the combo in your sig the one used when you were launching in your sig? Got any suspension mods?

If the coolant passages pressure test good, and the compression test is good.... That would be a real stumper. How much coolant is he losing and over what period of time, and under what conditions?

Do you know of any other diagnosing for the coil/TFI/PIP other than swapping them for a known good unit? I have 11.32 volts @ the coil in the RUN position, but no fire, checked with a spark tester. Would this most likely be the coil, or could the TFI/PIP cause this also?

Your looking for the March ALT bracket and March WP pulley. The bracket is $55, and IIRC the pulley is about $80 but its been a few years since I bought one so I may be off.

I've got a stock engine that after running it hard for about an hour just cut out on me going down the road. There is no spark at all coming from the coil. What could cause this?
