    Good Experience With Pacifica Performance

I don't see the website www.pacificaperformance.com anywhere. I would give them a call. I usually deal with the owner Dan. Hopefully they are still in business. I think Dan is related to the owner of MAC performance products (maybe the son?)

    Brake - Clutch Pedal Pads

yeah, one of the pedals is upside down, but the only other way to make them fit is to either cut the pad or grind the pedal arm, which I didn't want to do. The way they are on gives me a little bit more clearance between the clutch and the brake pedal.

    Brake - Clutch Pedal Pads

Try getting the ford racing pedal covers on the fox body. It took a while, and a lot of boiling water, but they do fit. At least I know they won't budge, but man was it a struggle.

Routing Wires Through Passenger Side Firewall

Hey guys, its been a while since I've posted any questions on the site. I'm installing a MSD Launch Control, and I have it mounted in the glove box. Just wondering if there are any holes or grommets on the passenger side firewall that I can route my wires through.

    7qt oil pan with dipstick

Well I hope I don't have any issues. I have the proform oil pan, looks good. I ordered a canton dipstick which does not include a bracket - but I have removed the bracket from the stock dipstick and will attatch that - so I know it will fit properly I actually came across a thread you had about...

FOXBODY 10th anniversary black 4 lug wheels -315or275???

I've got 275's and they are pretty close - no way I could fit a 315. I've already had to roll my lip to get the tires to fit, also the exhaust is real close. I managed to keep the quad shocks on with a little spacing. I think your car looks good the way it is, don't want to damage the fender...

SCT 4-Bank Eliminator Chip Switch Mounting

I know that you can no longer get a bezel for the SCT 4-Bank Eliminator Chip. Has anyone come up with any other product that works? Best I could find was a BDC switch, which is a pushbutton switch showing the numbers.

    7qt oil pan with dipstick

I am sure you didn't mess anything up. The reason why I started this thread in the first place was because I came across so many conflicting opinions. There are many people who put way more than 7qt in the system, one guy insisted 10qts was the way to go. I also found out that slightly...

    7qt oil pan with dipstick

LarsD Yeah, either your using the stock dipstick, or the aftermarket dipstick wasn't calibrated properly. I imagine your dipstick is reading low. What I would suggest is next time you do an oil change make sure as much oil is out as possible, and make sure you change the filter. Fill the car...

    7qt oil pan with dipstick

I think the dist runs counter clockwise - so I think that's the way to go.

    7qt oil pan with dipstick

    7qt oil pan with dipstick

LarsD, stupid question here, but what do I need to buy in order to prime the engine with the drill? Thanks to all of you for your help Also, anybody know how to post without having the signature come up all the time?

    7qt oil pan with dipstick

Well the dipstick I ordered is not cut to length, in fact the tube is longer than the dipstick, so It MUST be cut and calibrated. I can't use the stock dipstick since it interferes with the pan. I going to use a freeze plug in the existing dipstick hole in the block. Since the 'system' is...

    7qt oil pan with dipstick

I'm putting a new engine into my 89 mustang. I have a 7qt oil pan (proform) which i will be installing. I also ordered a canton dipstick which needs to be calibrated. My question is do I put a total of 7qts of oil in the car, or do I need to compensate for the filter? My haynes says the...
