so mu only way is a 3v motor in a v6 or is that out of the question too?

I havent seen much about the conversion from v6 to v8 whats needed? rearend? transmission crossmemeber? tubular kmemeber? or what? ANY help would be great found a v6 fot 5k in good cond and have 5.0 motor sitting with a 9 inch rear end waiting to go into something.
