Did you use a sealer on the raw urethane bumper or primer ?
Not questioning your process just curious how the pros do it.

I sprayed a new bumper cover on my daughters car that was in primer from mfg.
and ended up using a Tamco sealer product before paint.
Sprayed it about 5 yrs. ago and it's still looks great.

The black is a sealer type material. Its meant to adhere to raw metal, fiberglass or urethane and its also flexible to good for bumpers. Next will be regular 2k primer

I'm working on my fiberglass hood and think that's the same stuff that's on it. Thought it was black paint but it's probably the same stuff.

That bumper looks good so far.

Thanks to @SorsCode for picking this latest piece up for me and shipping it.
Pace car hood scoop. And its a rough one. But I’m just going do what I do. Counted 14 layers of materials. 6 cracks that I’ll repair properly after strip

Wow that thing had more colors on it than the " Partridge Family " van... I know I'm dating myself.
I'm sure you'll work your magic on it and have it looking perfect.

What will you fill / repair the cracks with ?
I'm guessing some type of flexible filler ?

Its fiberglass so I will repair with fiberglass. It will be 100% as new glass piece when Im done. My old boat building experience comes in handy when working with fiberglass
