01 mustang gt for 12k good deal?

hey everyone there is no pics of it, but there is an 01 mustang gt 4.6 near me with 20k orig miles garage kept.....flowmasters....and a computer chip in it, and the guy wants 12k for it......i think it is a good deal......what do you guys think?

and it is dark blue with cutsom wheels and 6 disk cd changer

Its a good deal. 20K orginal miles? Does the owner have a few other vehicles and was it stored winters.

seems like a pretty good deal to me. 20k miles is really low mileage for a 5 year old car. Is it Manual?

I got 12.5 for my 01 Gt when i traded it in last summer with just under 60k miles on it if that helps.
