Does it have an aftermarket stereo or alarm system installed? Easy way for someone to leave something draining the battery by miswiring.

Are there any lights on when you turn the car off and close the doors/trunk? If a door switch is bad it could keep a light on drawing current.

If something else is draining the battery when the car is off, it often takes some more detective work, usually with a current meter put inline while pulling various fuses to narrow it down.
