'02 V6 dual install ?s

I've got a friend who wants me to install duals on his '02 V6. I imagine it's pretty simple as I've done catback on my car which was a piece of cake. I guess I'm just asking is there anything I wouldn't think of that I need to know. Do I need to pick up another exhaust hanger? It's just catback, no h pipe by the way. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, get the exhaust hanger at FORD. THey are only like 10 bucks.

You will need to cut the old exhaust to get it from the axle unless it is on a lift.

That is all really. A couple of extensions and you will be set.

RE: V6 catback install

I put a flowmaster catback exaust on my 99 V-6 and I bought GT tailpipe hangers but did not need them. Everything that I needed was in the kit. I order mine from CJ pony parts. You do have to cut off the stock tailpipe to get it over the axle.
