'04 Cobra Convertible vs. '06 GT Convertible

I am in the hunt for a Hi-Po Mustang Convertible and am torn between the 2003-2004 Cobra Convertible and teh new 2006 GT Convertible. I have found low mileage 2004 Cobra 'verts for about the same price as a new GT 'vert. I realze the power is not close to comparible, however I love the looks and rigid chassis of the new Mustang 'vert.

If you were car-less, which would you choose? Why? I realize I am on a Cobra forum....

I would go with the Cobra, like you said, more hp, more of a rare car, I like the body style better myself. And it's a Cobra

... the limited production is a great plus!!! Where do you suggest I look/search for a 2004 Cobra?
