12lbs flywheel?

So I put in a Dual friction centerforece clutch along with a 12lbs fadanza flywheel along with a christmas list of other mods. I finaly put the 500miles on the clutch/flywheel combo so now I can realy get on it. Well I did and the car does not seem to rev up anyfaster and from the feel of it maby even slower than with the stock one. I'm extreamly happy with the clutch. Should my car rev up faster or not? I figures sence the factory one weighs somwhere around 34lbs nocking off 22lbs I should bealbe to rev faster and if anything help in getting more power to the ground. Why does it not seem like it?
1 more question. I have a Procharger P-1 with a D-1 3 core intercooler, full length headers, mid pipe, and a throtle body. My car is making 366rwhp and 386rwtq  . I have 3:73s and some suspention parts. If I put a set of good drag radials on it what should I run in the 1/4 mile and or 1/8 mile.
