Under a Sombrero. in WV.
I've been looking at different drag wheel setups. I would like a 15x10 with a 325/50/15 M/t drag radial.

I found some draglites with 6.5" bs for 189 a piece new. Plus about 35 for lug nuts. Not to mention I might need to change the wheel studs about 30 bucks, and 100 in labor for a final cost of 545 bucks ouch!

I found some cheap cast Jegs replicas for 139 and they need nothing else for a total of 240.:D

The only problem is they only have a 4.5" back space. Besides sticking out to far and looking silly is there anything wrong with using that backspace? This would be a track wheel set up only and I really don't car about appearance.

the jegs parts are pretty crappy... and VERY heavy...

it would be worth buying the correct parts and upgrading things while your at it... 550 isnt all that bad, its going to be 300 for tires alone for my drag radials here soon...

Thats not including tires. The tires I want are 400.

Maybe I can get the draglites and lug nuts now. Then jusy wait on the other?

This is what I think my final plan will be. Screw it slicks and skinnies. Time to get that 60' down.
