17" to 15" conversion

Well, after slipping and sliding too much I've finally decided to spring for a set of winter tires and steel wheels.

Since 17" Winter tires are so damn expensive, I'd like to use much cheaper 15" rims and tires. The only problem is I don't know what size of 15" tires to get so that my speedo isn't off.

My question is: What size of 15" tire will have the same circumference as my STOCK Mach1 17" units?

Anyone?? I was thinking maybe a p20565R15 w/ a 15" rim. That should be pretty close to the stock 17" right?
