17 X 9 Rim question

I have been looking to get 2003 Ford Cobra 17X9 rims. So far I have had no luck finding some for sale. What would be a good aftermarket rim that I can trust for track (Road course) and street. I see alot of aftermarket rims but don't want cheap rims that are not strong or unable to replace just one if I need too..

If I go with a 10.5 in the rear on a stock 2000 GT will there be any fit / rub issues ?

Shouldn't be I had 10.5's on my Cobra w/ no problems.
