He made repairs to most of the a-pillar hinge area and that is reproduced.

The A pillar is two pieces the inner and outer. Only a portion of the inside is made not the outside or the windshield post. I did not find out that was available until after Brian made the new one. It may have saved a little time but you have to also figure the cost of the part and the time to remove the old one.
 
Very nice work. How hard is it to remove the roof? My 66 coupe has some holes at the top of the windshield opening and I'm sure the structure underneath is damaged.

It is a lot of work first you need to melt the lead joint on the windshield post and sail panel on the roof. Next remove the seam sealer from the drip rail than drill out all your spot welds.
