1968 black interior paint gloss?

As I am in the rebuild of a 68 mustang, my question is how much gloss should the black interior paint have? Flat? Matte? Satin? or percent of gloss?

The old glovebox door and ashtray cover appear Flat, while the quarter trim pieces appear as a light gloss, maybe Matte.
