Whachutalkinbout Willis? The side plate is bolted on. The strip that was originally "glued on" to widen the deck, is sandwiched between the block and that plate. If that plate comes off, I won't have to worry about the engine compartment,..........ever again.Looks good in the pics, and I am guessing your engine and necessary accessories will cover most of it and keep eyes from looking at the finish too closely. Plus, when the glued on side of your block goes busting off, you will be glad you didnt spend even more hours of your time on it.
