1988 5.0 details?

Does any one know the details on a 1988 5.0 cougar motor? Is it a roller, horsepower, torque, etc. are they worth a crap?

I not sure 100% but I am sure it is a roller motor with E7 heads. Probally the same basically as the Mustang motor. The cam is different, but I am pretty sure the engine makes similar tq and hp.
