A coworker has a 1988 Ranger that stalls when driving and coming to a stop with the clutch pushed in. Would an idle reset help?
Checked codes as it recently wouldn't start (bad fuel pump in the rear tank, switched to front for now). It apparently was an automatic as it throws a code for the lockup solenoid being open, and it has a lean and rich limit code. O2 sensor was unplugged, and it had several major vacuum leaks. All issues were from the previous owner.
It recently has had plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and timing adjusted. It runs well otherwise, and doesn't stall every time.
