I have a 1993 mustang with a 2.3 non turbo auto transmission. My problem is I`m getting transmission fluid I my vacuum system all the way to my intake manifold. I suspected the modulator valve, but there is no external mod. valve on this trans. The hoses are saturated and swollen as to where they will not stay on fittings sometimes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THX IN ADVANCE

I've never looked at a 93, but it definately should have an external modulator valve. The fix is simple, just be sure to reinstall the little pin back where it came from. It is most likely held on by 1 retainer bolt, you just have to get the car in the air to find it.
