1994 EFI

I need help!! Did a Engine Swap on 69 Mustang from a 1994 5.0L GT car won't Start with the SPOUT connector on or Installed, if I remove it starts fine no problems. anybody else has run in to something similar ?

Go through this checklist, I'm guessing you used the efi and computer controls from the 94 so pay attention to the 94-5 specific notes.
