I've owned this car for 14 years. Non-smoker since new.
Problems:
This car is clean inside and out. Starts perfect and runs without any issues. AC is cold. Legal tint.
Perfect daily driver, even in bad traffic. Motor is untouched, so anyone looking for a clean slate is in serious luck. Good luck finding a bone stock 5.0 motor inside a car this clean and well prepared.

I hate to sell the car, but after having 2 children the past couple of years and obtaining a "family" car, I find little time to drive the mustang. Garage kept for the past 12 years. Maintenance records available.
I finished the suspension (except for maybe a torque arm), brakes, and steering. My final two mods were to be wheels/tires and a 347 crate engine, but my priorities have changed (children). Mustang never raced, but would have been if I could have finished all my project goals.
