1995 Cobra R Engine (351) Need Info

I am setting up a Factory5 Daytona Coupe for the 25 hours of Thunderhill. It has a 351 with a Holley and the group has decided to go with FI.
I am thinking that the 1995 Cobra R setup is the way to go.

I have been racing crate 302's and Chevy for the last few years so I'm kind of out of it.

I have discussed keeping the carb but due to the gas restrictions ( only 10 gallons at a time) and the fact that this is a 25 hour road race where torque is more important than horsepower FI is the way to go. I'd prefer OBD II but it seems that that is not easy.

I've got the block/ heads etc. It's putting out 430 RWHP on a bad carb.

1. Anyone have any ideas on the best way to go about this.

2. I'd prefer to info on the whole thing. I have ALLDATA and access to SAE stuff.
