Hello I’ve bough my mustang the dude said all it needed was brakes turned out it needed a lot more .. cause has loss of power but will get into power sometimes , I just bought new exhaust and o2 sensors and it’s still running rough I tired to scan it but it keeps saying linking error please help my car is stoping me from getting to work

Make sure it's an OBD1 scanner! That obd2 port under your steering wheel will not work!

20$ on amazon you can buy the ob1 scanner for the car. i just bought one and it works great.

We have a technical/how to thread that will help you out, the surging idle checklist is your bet bet, I know you don't have a surging idle but it should cover the things you need to look at and shows proper procedures, just look for the notes specific to the 94-5 models.
