2000 Gt 5.4 Swap

I recently purchased a 2000 gt with the 4.6 in it and it started having problems so instead of letting it nickel and dime me I decided to go with a 5.4 swap. Instead of going with the navigator 5.4 which is almost impossible to find in my area I think I am going to just go with one out of a f150. I have read a few different threads of the swap and I am planning on getting a motor very soon. Any help or tips on the swap would be greatly appreciated
