Hello i have a question I have a 2000 mustang gt with 171,000 miles on it should I supercharge it or will blow on a dyno?

My bet on a motor with 171k miles is a handful of eye watering hp laden bursts before certain failure. Ask the seller of the blower kit you are looking at what they think.

It’s a vortech v-3 si-trim supercharger I asked them and they said it depends on tuner so I wanted some input if you think the car would give out I did the compression test it all came out good

In the end do what you want...but consider a compression check as only one piece of the puzzle. Enjoy.

For your location, after/intercooling is a must. Keep boost levels in the single digits and retard the timing. It really come down to your tuner. You wont make as much power but your motor will live
