Saleen 2000 Saleen SC question

Just purchased 2000 Saleen with Saleen Supercharger on it. Problem is the intercooler/heat exchanger pump and the fans that cool the heat exchanger are not working. Isolated the problem to the Water Pump and Fan Relay Controller that attaches to the CCRM. My understanding is that this Controller delays the pump and fans form starting immediatly when the car is turned on.
Any ideas on bypassing this or anyplace that sells this piece or ???????

Check out Saleen Owners and Enthusiasts Club::.. SOEC - Aiding The Addicted - Since 1991 there was a post about bypassing the relay. I think they said you can wire it to a key powered switch so it turns on when the key is on.
