2001 v6 head gasket

So I just picked up a 2001 3.8 manual car. Car itself is in great shape (especially for having 197k miles) Anyway I believe the head gasket is blown, but I'm going to try and do it myself. Does anyone know of a step by step with pictures or a video I could follow? I have the Haynes manual, but the more info the better. Thanks!
