2003 3.8 rough idle and shake

i recently bought a 2003 3.8 v6 for my first car i bought the car needing a fuel pump put it in and i ran perfect but now the car is iddling rough and shaking i was thinking the coil pack might be bad and was looking for some advice on what to check to find the problem

I had the same problem ina 2000 both motor mounts were broke and trans moint also .the prblem ended up being the balance shaft in the motor
