Doing the conversion on my lightning and trying to get my ducks in a row before i order parts. Does anyone know the size of the pinion shaft coming of the stock rack and pinion of a 2005 mustang? I can't find any info on the stock one, just the flaming river manual rack which says theirs is 9/16" - 26 spline shaft. Not sure if the stock on is the same or not?
