After getting the p0430 code I ended up bringing the car to Ford and confirmed it was a bad cat. The car is putting out a pretty strong exhaust smell. Looking for some advise.
1. can bad cats lead to exhaust smells or do I have another issue with an exhaust leak somewhere?

Looks like a straight forward install. My hope is that I could get this and fix the check engine light and exhaust smell.
