2010 design problems?

Am I the only one, or has anybody else had a problem with the seatbelt design causing scraping on the door panel? Mine has scraped so badly on the drivers side ( and I only drive it 1/2 the year) that I can see scuffs.

Also has anyone with a v6 manual had problems accelerating from first gear? I have driven manuals all my life but this one seems to creak/moan sometimes almost as if theres too much torque for the trans? I am not beating on it either, just my daily driver to work and back rarely over 65-70mph.
I am bringing it in to the dealership for diagnosis, I just didn't want them to try and claim it was my bad driving or theres nothing there because I know nothing about transmissions.

I've had mine for a year, no scrapes on the door panel.

You definitely have the right idea of having your dealer listen to the creaking noise. If they aren't able to ease your worries, let me know.
