2012 V6 rear diff/axil whine only while turning

On January 4 I got my car inspected as well as my oil changed and diff serviced. About a week later around January 12 I stared to here some whining I thought it was coming from the front but later realized it was coming from the back. The thing is on the outside you can’t hear anything but on the inside it is obnoxiously loud and only happens when turning any help would be great.

When you had the gear oil changed,did they include the friction modifier?

I have no idea all they said was they replaced the fluid and the fluid is the same on the manual as it is on the form they gave me
