2013 mustang gt,question about my sct 3 tuner i installed

installed tune from my sct tuner from brenspeed,runs awesome unbelievable,question i have is down the road at some point if i have a problem and take into dealer,if i take the performance tune out and reinstall stock tune,put back on stock intake,will they be able to tell anything.(what say u)

Short answer: YES.

They're will be a "flag" on the ECU stating a deviation from stock tuning. Research "#8 blown cylinder" and the subsequent TSB issued from Ford in regard to warranty claims with aftermarket tunes. From what I understand, they really have to go digging to find it, but the bottom line is it is there.
