3.8 blow-by

so i have a 3.8 turbo making 6lb of boost that has lots of blow-by comin from pcv so much so that it blows the pcv out of the valve cover but yet little to no smoke from exhaust

Can you please add a little more info. Normally the 3.8 doesn't come with supercharger or trubo. Is this a stock 3.8? What intake are you using (upper - lower ... heads) . What supercharger/turbo you have installed? Think a valve may be stuck or have a blown valve seal. What's the mileage of this engine?
