I am new to the site I think I am in the right spot for tech help. I have a 1994 3.8 convertible, I am just about done on a build of a 1989 5.0 HO small mods gasket match, 1.7 rockers and long tube headers. i could use any thoughts on what computer to use I think the 1994 5.0 was DSI (the 3.8 is) and the 1989 is not? so should I find a used 1995 or 1989? If you have any other thoughts that would be great.

The V6 is OBD-II and the V8 cars were OBD-I.

no not an issue on your end HISSIN50... I'm having the server moved from my house to a Data Center in Nebraska.. going to have it finally hosted on a good connection.
To make the swap super easy in the 94 V6 car is to get the correct wiring for a 94-95 GT/Cobra which would include, Computer Harness, Injector Harness, Battery Harness, Tranny Harness. I would recommend using a Remote TFI which the 94-95 GT/Cobra used and the correct 94-95 GT/Cobra Distributor. The 94-95 GT were not DIS. Feel free to reach out to me anytime for help.
My currect 94 GT has had the 408W taken out and a 2.3L TurboCoupe Motor put in. Loving it.
