347 stroker emission Question

I'm putting in a 347 stroker in my 1990 gt. I have a smog pulley elim. bracket and i'm taking off the converter and h-pipe along with the canister but what else can i take off that deals with emmisions that i dont need? It is still fuel injected so I dont want codes coming on. Also the salt and pepper shakers can they come off to or not? I have 4 of them. Some recall years ago...
