it has been done many times. i'm sure a search will yield all kinds of info about what needs to be done
but fyi, the lower intake does not fit. you would also need to swap out the distributor. and the head bolts on a 351 are larger than are those on a 302
if you are going to do this, let me know, i have a victor junior lower intake that has been converted for EFI that is just sitting there waiting me to do something with it. i'll price it to sell quickly. i was going to put it in my 410, but then the fairlane came along, so now i am getting the stang ready to be sold, and wont be doing that project any more.
