4 way I see that these are 30-30000hz

I see that those play 30-28000hz

Is that the only difference? Is that a big difference?

The human range of hearing is only 20-20,000 Hz.so anything below or above is useless,but to answer your question,the only difference is a "super tweeter" on the 4 way.Save the money and get the 3 way's.I sell a lot of the Pioneers because 1) they sound good,2)they are pretty cheap and 3) they last and take abuse.
