i have a 96 thunderbird 4.6 with only 47,000 miles. i had a problem with it just falling on its face when you go more than 1/4 throttle. so i checked the tps sensor it was bad so i changed it. i cleared all the codes in the ecm. and it ran the same like crap. so i disconnected the mass air sensor and wow she can get down again wtf?
so does the mass air need to be replaced?
or sprayed with mass air sensor cleaner?
is it really bad to drive the car with it disconnected?

i figure the 96 thunderbird is about the same as a 96 mustang so thats why i asked here first.

thanks :SNSign::SNSign::SNSign:
