460 swap?? FMS KIT??? TRANS???

in a 93 i have the fms pan i bought from ebay, do you need to cut the oil pump driveshaft shorter????

do you need to use a special stud to mount the pickup to the bearing cap?

can you mount the engine first and install the c6 trans later, i also bought the fms engine mounts.

i want to put the motor in now but dont have the trans yet

I would do motor and trans all together. Much easier IMO. But mine was a t-5. Not sure about doing it with a c-6.

HEY I ALOS HAVE A FORD 460 ENGIN IN MY DADS '90 FORD F-250.. HAVE PPL DONE THIS SWAP??..CUZ MY FATHER TOLD ME SOME DAY HE WILL GET HIMSELF A NEW PICK UP. IT HAS 125000 KMS ON IT ORIGINAL OWNER MY DAD DRIVES LIKE A PUSS SO I WAS THINKING ABOUT DOING THIS SWAP... EVER BEEN DONE?

its done all the time, no big deal, just like a 351 swap you need the 460 mounts, pan, and headers

I'm just about ready to put a c-6 on fleabay if you are interestedm came off a 351C which also will be on there...
