Hey does anyone have knowledge of what a stock 4R70w can handle for torque and hp. Also is it worth rebuilding them with performance disc??

How about the "70" part of the 4R70W. It means 700 Newton-Meters which is about 516 foot-lbs.

Yes that is the rating but my question is what can it actually handle. I'm running a kenne bell supercharger

I built mine last year. If you're willing to take the time and build it up they can in theory handle 800-1000 rwhp.

I used a monster transmission rebuild kit, sonax forged front drum(that holds an extra clutch disk), 300M intermediate shaft, B&M pan and sent all the internal hard parts to 300 below to get cryo hardened. My tune also raises the trans pressure
