5.0 Distributor suggestion

Just installed a newly built 1987 5.0 in my '66GT. The motor is carburated, not EFI. Running a Crane flat tappet Cam H-260-2 with Windsor Jr. heads. What is a good distributor for this application? Do I need vacuum advance or mechanical only? Are these distributors with an "inclusive" spark box the way to go? This car is for the street, not drag racing. Thanks for your help. GT1966

I would go with MSD, but there not cheap.

For an inexpensive set up you could go with a complete Duraspark II ignition.
The later model Duraspark uses the same pick up as an MSD dis.
