5.0 motor swap ???'s I NEED HELP

I have a 96 V6 Auto and I'm thinking about dropping in a 5.0 5 speed. I would most likely use an 86-93 5.0 motor. Has anybody out there done this or know a good reason why I shouldn't? Any help or sugestions would be appriciated. One more thing, what year(s) did the 5.0 roller motor start showing up in mustangs? Thanks

just sell it and buy a 94-95 if you like that body style, it would be alot of work and probly expencive to
